General
With the Fazley Tempest 90 from the Sunset Series, you take home an electric guitar with fresh styling and a surprising sound. This is because the '90' in the model name refers to the P90 in the neck position. This gives the Tempest 90 just a bit more output than you would expect from a T-style model. The result is a fuller sound with a nice bite. In the bridge position there is a standard single-coil element, which also allows for the traditional 'twangy' sound. In short, a very nice guitar that both beginners and more experienced players can enjoy. It even comes with a handy gig bag!
Sunset Series Tempest 90: Familiar playing experience
A very striking detail for a guitar in this low price range is that Fazley has chosen a neck constructed from roasted maple. This maple wood has undergone a special heating process that removes unwanted moisture and resin from the wood. This makes the wood harder and more stable. Not only the neck, but also the fingerboard are made of this high-quality material. Combined with the silk (satin) finish, the 22 medium jumbo frets and the modern C-neck profile, this results in high playing comfort. The lime body even features an 'oblique' cutaway, making it easy to play the high frets as well.

Picking of strings is easier can go from chords and power chords to individual string picking. The gaps of the string seem to allow ease of picking.
Sound is a lot better than i imagined and you can tell the difference between the front. middle and back setting. The Neck slides well put it this way I can play Message in a Bottle on this telecaster copy its a lot more difficult on my Ibanez Gio.
Only a matter of time before these guitars rise in value and cost the recommended retail price etc.
Would buy another guitar from BAX and Fazley in the future, searched reviews on YouTube before buying this one.

Just received this fazley sunset tempest p90 and for it's price it's a lovely guitar.
Roasted maple neck, basswood body, graphite nut, no fret sprout, rounded fret ends. P 90 is warm and responsive. Maybe you'd want to mod the single coil for a hotrail but I'm nit picking. For £105, £5 postage and 5 day delivery over a weekend too, Im delighted with the double boxing, condition of the guitar and its arrival setup and condition. Highly recommended.
