Een solide audio interface met een bijzonder lage ruisvloer. Ik heb deze audio interface vooral gekocht voor de bijna latency vrije werking i.c.m. mijn iPhone.
Voor het omzetten van mijn gitaargeluid naar midi gebruik ik een plugin die de midi noten doorstuurt naar synthesizer plugins. De Motu maakt het mogelijk om het gewone gitaargeluid en het synthesizer geluid zo goed als gelijktijdig te kunnen weergeven. De het zuivere signaal is de tracking van de noten door de gitaar naar midi plugin ook tref zeker. Verder zijn de meters op het display erg handig om de levels te kunnen controleren. Ik heb uiteindelijk de Motu M4 vervangen door de Motu M2 omdat ik met de Motu M2 al over voldoende inputs, outputs en midi aanfluitingen kan beschikken.
