General

DiMarzio's goal with the DP178 True Velvet T Bridge was to incorporate all the strengths of a classic vintage Tele bridge pickup into one single coil. However, the True Velvet T is even grander in terms of sound, has a wider dynamic range and a very direct response to the pick-attack. Suitable for T-style guitars, the True Velvet T bridge pickup is based on several Broadcaster and Telecaster pickups from the 1950s and early 1960s.
