Product information

General

The DiMarzio DP226 BC-2 Bridge is a single coil pickup and is very similar to the Air Norton S and the Tone Zone S. The main difference is mainly emotional, in which the BC-2 feels a bit bigger than the two aforementioned pickups. This single coil was designed in collaboration with Smashing Pumpkins singer-guitarist Billy Corgan, and is his signature element. The bridge element has a nice boost in the low end without becoming muddy at high gain, and the low midrange in particular sounds very big and open.
