Innox SynthStand 01 Keyboard/Controller Stand

This Innox synth stand is poorly designed and badly made. The rubber edgings are loose. Mine was missing one rubber strip and a rubber end cap when I opened the package. The adjustable cross bars are fixed to the sides with screws. The cross bars have threaded caps set into the tubes by some 5mm, and the screws are only 5mm long, so they are too short to screw into the ends! Because I needed the stand and did not have time to wait for the week or so it takes Bax deliveries to arrive, I had to modify the stand by hacksawing off the projecting tubes back to the threaded socket, and then I had to cut the rubber strips to compensate for the missing pieces, and then glue them onto the stand to prevent them from falling off again. I cannot believe that a product ships in this state.

Korg Volca Beats Drum Machine

The volca beats is a really fun machine. Its not a toy. This is my first foray into drum machines and I have a lot to learn but I am finding my way. Its a complex machine but I love exploring the functions and it does have a lot of them. I would recommend it to anyone. Its great value when you think of all the things it can do compared to more expensive models. The volca series has a bit of a cult following so theres lots of stuff online to learn from or be inspired by. Get one!
