General

The Yamaha DXR15mkII concerns the largest active speaker in the professional DXR line, equipped with a 15-inch woofer and a powerful class-D amplifier for a peak power of up to 1100 watts! This intelligent DSP speaker comes with a sturdy protective case. Besides clear, dynamic sound, the DXR15mkII produces a bass-low worthy of a subwoofer. The 48-bit DSP processes sound in true studio quality without losing any resolution. And thanks to the D-COUNTOUR multi-band compressor, sound quality remains constant regardless of the sound level. The Yamaha SPCVR-1501 protective case is made of durable polyester and lined with PVC so the speaker can be protected from the elements and impact damage during transport and even during sound playback!
