The Signature series
One of the best ways to keep yourself sharp as a music manufacturer is to surround yourself with top musicians who can tell you how the instruments operate in practice. The cooperation between world-class artists and the Yamaha R&D department delivers exceptionally good musical instruments, developed to fit the specific desires of the musician in question. And that's exactly what Yamaha's Signature series is: special mouthpieces for brass instruments, named after the musician involved with developing its specific characteristics that are most important to his or her playing.
Alain Trudel
The Canadian Alain Trudel is a highly sought-after conductor and trombonist who has been named Ambassador of Canadian Music. As a soloist, he's travelled around the world and played with a variety of orchestras. The quality and expertise of his playing is known all over the globe, which is clear from his impressive list of prizes.
