General
It's easy to use, fast and flexible; in short, the SQ6 digital mixer by Allen & Heath has it all. It features 24 physical faders trips that you can stack for a total of 96 channels. It's equipped with 48 physical input channels that you can easily expand by inserting a digital expansion card in the I/O port (Dante, Waves, etc.). There is a seven-inch touch screen that shows you parameters and lets you call up overviews that you can control using twenty Softkeys and previously-assigned buttons.
The SQ6 Digital Mixer: Ease of use
Despite its futuristic appearance, the SQ6 is very user-friendly so you can start using it straight out of the box after plugging in the power. It's engineered for exceptional monitor and in-ear mixes and gives you twelve stereo outputs with both a graphic and parametric equalizer, plus a screen so you can easily toggle back and forth.

Onlangs de SQ6 van Bax mogen ontvangen welke netjes de volgende dag werd geleverd, top service!
De algemene indruk wat deze mengtafel is erg goed, en ik vergelijk hem dan enigszins met de behringer x32 mijn oude tafel. De klank van de SQ is frisser en beter dan die van de x32. Mag ook wel met 96khz maar dit is zeker hoorbaar. Heeft natuurlijk ook met de preamps enz te maken. Verder voelen de faders degelijk aan en is de algemene constructie solide. De software ( besturing ) vind ik persoonlijk fijner dan bij de x32... maar dat kan bij iedereen verschillen natuurlijk. Alhoewel ik alle effecten enz nog niet eens allemaal heb getest klinken de reverbs en de compressors echt goed. Ik gebruik deze tafel in de studio en niet live... wat tot nu toe uitstekend bevalt.
