The Duesenberg Paloma Baritone Black Sparkle is built for guitarists who want to combine depth and versatility. It is the baritone counterpart to the standard Duesenberg Paloma guitar, but offers the same build quality and tone! Thanks to the longer scale length of 711 mm, you get a lower tuning with more tension on the strings, resulting in a tighter and distinctly lower tone than a standard guitar. The solid alder body provides a direct response, plenty of attack and sustain, and is also highly resistant to feedback. The beautifully contoured body design ensures that the Paloma remains comfortable to play even after long sessions!

Three pickups, endless tonal variety

The secret of the Paloma lies in the combination of three elements: a GrandVintage humbucker at the bridge and two custom-designed single-coils, the Pearlito and Alnico Blade. Using the 4-way rotary switch, you can choose between four pickup combinations, ranging from warm and full-bodied humbucker sounds to transparent and funky intermediate positions. This allows you to play different genres on a single guitar, without having to switch instruments. The mahogany neck with a Medium D profile features an Indian rosewood fingerboard, ensuring a smooth playing experience across a wide range of genres.

The Black Sparkle finish, with cream binding and pearloid diamond inlays, gives the Paloma its distinctive, eye-catching appearance. The result is a subtle guitar that offers just that little bit extra compared to a standard black model. With the Duesenberg Diamond Deluxe Tremolo, you can easily add pitch effects to your playing without compromising tuning stability.
