General

The range of compact MIDI controllers is becoming overwhelming. Yet every now and then, there is one that stands out. Like the Keith McMillen QuNexus smart sensor keyboard controller. That's because the touch-sensitive keyboard also features polyphonic aftertouch. And via the CV inputs, outputs and gate, you can also control your old analogue synth.

The QuNexus keys

The 25 peculiar soft-touch keys of the Keith McMillen QuNexus are packed with sensors. The keys respond to pressure, angle and the touch. Moving your finger to the top while playing changes the pitch . If you press a key harder, you can throw open a filter, for example. Thanks to the octave switch, you control as many as seven octaves, and so there is much more... Much becomes clear in the good demonstration video on this in the videos tab.

CV control

You can also control your old analogue synths via CV thanks to the Keith McMillen QuNexus. Via the CV inputs and outputs, you easily hook up your synth to your computer. Via the computer, you can not only control your analogue synth, but you synth can also control filters in, for example, Ableton live!
