General

The Yamaha DZR315 active speaker features a 2-way configuration, 15-inch woofer, 8-inch mid-frequency transducer and a 1.5-inch voice-coil. This sonic monster is driven by an incredibly powerful, 2,000 Watt Class D amplifier, backing up a unique design that supports a broad 31 to 20,000 Hz frequency range that can reproduce any kind of music with excellent depth and detail. A potent DSP processor forms the brain of the DZR315 and comes with comprehensive presets, so this speaker can be set up for everything from DJ to live bands and conferences, while any fine tuning can be applied using the manual controls. This all-round speaker is even fitted with a rotatable horn that can turn its head by 90° and project enormous sound in the right direction, adapting the dispersion to match the acoustics of the venue.
