General

This is the Electro-Voice ELX200-10P-W; a 10" active speaker featuring a 10" woofer to takes care of the lows and a 1" titanium compression driver for the highs. Inside the lightweight and handle-fitted housing of the speaker sits an energy-efficient class-D amplifier for a 1,200 Watt power capacity and an intimidating 130-dB SPL, in part owed to the specially-designed signal transformers. Since the unit comes in at 13.5 kg, it can be moved from A to B without back pain and due to popular demand, is now available in a classy, white finish.

EV QuickSmart DSP & Bluetooth Technology

The advantageously accommodating ELX-200 Series speakers can be remotely controlled using the EV QuickSmart mobile application. Via Bluetooth, the app lets you connect to up to six ELX200 speakers and warns you in case any issues come up or when a slight adjustment is required for optimal audio reproduction. What's more, the QuickSmart DSP provides you with a graphic overview of the limiter status, input level, various parameters and the master volume and includes presets for all the different models in the ELX Series. Feel free to combine at will because the system will always guarantee the ideal settings for your set-up.

Wrote the following about Electro-Voice ELX200-10P-W Active 10-inch Speaker, 1200W (White)

Ik wilde een subwoofer met beperkte afmetingen, tilbaar gewicht en betaalbare prijs. Vandaar deze keuze. En ik ben niet teleurgesteld. Vandaag nog getest in combinatie met mijn 2 EV ZLX 12P topkasten ( Bij Bax Antwerpen waarvoor dank!) Het is vooral de combinatie van de drie speakers die het hem doet. Geen donderend buikgedreun hier maar een bijzonder muzikaal en mooi gedefinieerd laag, midden en hoog. Bij rock of Edm een soliede punchy bass. Bij klassiek of jazz een mooie "grondlaag".Alles prima regelbaar via de handige afstelknoppen achteraan. En de combinatie is ook bruikbaar in de woonkamer bij laag geluidsniveau. Goed produkt en perfecte service van Bax Antwerpen.
