Vochlea Dubler 2 vocal/beatbox to MIDI converter (download)

It may surprise you, but the Vochlea Dubler 2 Studio Kit, which we started trading a few years ago, finds a lot of happy owners. Apparently, many enjoy singing in a melody, or beatboxing a drum loop, then having the software turn it into MIDI. That kit consists of a microphone and the Dubler 2 software. However, you can also choose just the software, i.e. without the Dubler microphone. That's the product you're looking at now. Purely the software, for a smaller price of course. Handy if you already have a decent microphone of your own.

Tips or comments about this product

• Note: With the original Dubler mic, everything should work, as that mic uses its own ASIO driver. Without that Dubler mic, i.e. with your own microphone, problems may arise that we may call a 'show-stopper'. In that case, we recommend the complete Studio Kit instead of this product. The manufacturer informs us that there are problems with the software, if used with:
  • Universal Audio interfaces
  • Steinberg UR series
  • AVID hardware if used with Pro Tools
  • Yamaha interfaces
