Pro-Level Audio Quality

The might of the Yamaha AG06MK2 lies in the professional circuit, the built-in DSP and a set of ultra-practical features. The redesigned circuit offers significantly improved audio quality compared to the original AG06, while the DSP (digital sound processor) offers extensive options to configure your sound to taste. Effects like 1-TOUCH COMP/EQ and REVERB can be added as needed and tweaked using the corresponding controls, and there's an integrated guitar amp simulator to lend any guitar input a touch more authenticity. The Loop-Back function, meanwhile, allows you to play music from your computer via the Yamaha AG06MK2, which then mixes the music with the input from any connected gear before sending the total mix back to your computer so you can add the sound to your stream.

Powerful Software Included

Connect the AG06MK2 to the included AG Controller software and you'll be provided even more options, including DSP features and other configurable functions, ranging from easily-selectable presets to the in-depth settings accessed in Detail Mode. The AG Controller software is compatible with Windows, Mac and iOS devices (via USB) but isn't the only potent software pack you're getting with the AG03MK2 since Yamaha are also generous enough to throw in a copy of Cubase AI as well as WaveLab Cast for music production and editing.

Correctie: kanaal 2 heeft ook fantoom, maar die is gekoppeld aan kanaal 1 (bij gebruik van XLR).

Ik gebruik deze als audio interface voor Logic op een oude Mac Pro (uit 2006) met OS 10.7.5. Alleen als input, voor monitoring gebruik ik zijn oudere en grotere broer de MG10XU. Mooi afgewerkt en maakt bij gebruik een degelijke indruk. Geen latency. De preamps werken zeer transparant. Ook de AD-conversie is dik in orde. Jammer dat kanaal 2 geen fantoom heeft. Verder vind ik het power-lampje te fel, ik ben er maar even met een viltstift overheen gegaan. Maar ik ben verder zeer tevreden met de kwaliteit van deze Yamaha.

Ik had een B-stock met een kleine korting, was niet van nieuw te onderscheiden.
De bezorging was zoals gebruikelijk snel. En helaas ook zoals gebruikelijk ontbrak vulmateriaal in de verzenddoos, zodat de productdoos heen en weer geslingerd is tijdens het transport. Kom op jongens, wat kosten een paar proppen karton?
