Are you looking for an entry-level headphone amplifier that still sounds like a fully-fledged studio tool? The G103S MKII is the smallest and most powerful model in its class with RCA inputs. It builds on a lineage that began back in 1994 with the G3, and has gone from strength to strength ever since. A standout feature is the PRE-GAIN function: using internal jumpers, you can adjust the gain to suit your headphones, from 8 to 600 ohms. This ensures the unit remains quiet and dynamic, even with headphones that are naturally difficult to drive.
