The 47 is a household name, a simple two-digit number, but many a studio owner knows what they stand for. An extremely expensive vintage microphone that is currently being traded for insane amounts of money. Surely, then, the Warm Audio WA-47jr SE is a slightly better deal. Of course, this is not the original microphone, but 'tis also true that you often pay gold money for the last few percent of extra qualtieit.
