The Arturia Keylab Essential MK3 is an excellent candidate to take its place in your studio, the sales figures of the previous generation show undisputedly. That previous generation still has plenty of potential, but Arturia is not sitting still. The Essential MK3 is a reality, and this 61-key model will be a popular one. With those 61 keys, you have 'the most common number of keyboard keys under your fingertips, a nice balance between size and playability. Furthermore, a complete range of controllers: faders, encoders, pads and a master section. A set of pitch and modulation wheels, of course, making it nice and complete. Ideal for controlling your DAW - or via the DIN MIDI-out your old(er) rack modules.

Driving that DAW, let's get to that. Do you already have one? Then you'll start to notice that this Arturia integrates pefectly with it. If you don't have that DAW yet, then you get one! To be precise, you get the popular Ableton Live Lite with this keyboard. It's the DAW that made clip-based performance popular - and you can use the keyboard's pads for that. You get more software in the form of Analog Lab V. You may already know that title from the many vintage synths in it. With the current version, you also get more modern sounds, including orchestral sounds. Yet another advance! It seems very likely that this model too will become as popular as its predecessor. At this price, it's also just a very hard one to beat!
