General

Focusrite's RedNet modular built-in interface was created to meet the demand of musicians and engineers who feel the need to be able to distribute audio across multiple rooms. This applies to both live and studio applications. An additional advantage is that this high-end audio distribution system with virtually zero latency can be used to expand the number of inputs and outputs of digital audio sources. In this way, the RedNet Dante card serves as a bridge between different DAWs, the MADI protocol and the Dante network. As the RedNet series of interfaces is manufactured with the highest possible attention to detail, its audio quality is among the absolute best at the time. The interface features both 128 input and output channels and the two RJ45 Gigabit Ethernet connections automatically switch based on network availability and connect the audio computer to the rest of the Dante audio-over-IP network.
