The Lake People F388-2-Q is a 19-inch, four-channel headphone amplifier, designed for use in the recording studio for band and orchestral recordings, and for live use as an in-ear amplifier. The output impedance is so low that even low-impedance headphones sound neutral and controlled, whilst the unusually high internal operating voltage provides more than enough power to drive high-impedance headphones. For situations where several musicians need their own monitor mix at the same time, that is precisely the kind of versatility that counts.
