General

The Lake People MC100 PRO shares the full feature set of the standard MC100 (five inputs, three speaker groups plus sub, X-Feed headphone section), but with one crucial difference: the volume control is handled by a 256-step relay-controlled attenuator rather than a traditional potentiometer. This means less channel imbalance, less crosstalk, and quite simply a longer service life, without ever experiencing that annoying crackling sound from an ageing potentiometer. For mastering and reference studios where consistency over the years is key, that’s the sort of detail that makes all the difference.
